Cancellation
& refunds.

For project work, 50% of the agreed project price is payable before work begins. The remaining 50% is due on completion. Payments are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Before you agree to paid work

Inquiries are free. This website does not take payments or start subscriptions. Your written proposal must identify the project scope, what counts as completion, total price, payment stages, cancellation arrangements and any authorized third-party commitments before you accept or pay. No cancellation charge arises merely from browsing or sending an inquiry.

Monthly service plans

The 50% upfront / 50% on completion schedule applies to project work. Billing dates, service periods, renewal and cancellation arrangements for monthly services must be supplied in your written agreement before acceptance.

Cancelling project work

If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible using the email below. Payments are non-refundable under our policy, except where applicable law requires a refund. A cancellation request does not remove rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Requesting cancellation or a refund

Email [email protected] with your name, project or invoice reference, requested cancellation date and the issue you would like reviewed. Do not include bank passwords or payment-card details. Keep a copy of your request. The applicable agreement and law determine the amount payable or refundable.

Your statutory rights remain

Where Ontario consumer-protection law applies, any statutory cancellation, refund or other remedy remains available despite inconsistent wording in an agreement. Business-purpose purchases and personal consumer transactions can have different rules. The Ontario government’s contract guidance explains common consumer rights.

Questions before booking

If a proposal does not clearly identify the supplier, total price, scope, delivery arrangements or cancellation terms, ask for those details before accepting it. Selecting a website package or preparing an email is not acceptance of a service contract.
